1. Install on Linkage side of carburetor. Install the throttle cable into the throttle cable end.
2. Remove supplied hex cap screw and button. Install spring arm to top hole of throttle linkage by placing it between the linkage and the carburetor main body.
3. Reinstall button and replace supplied hex cable screw with existing stock stud or Holley #20-37 or Edelbrock #8009. Use a drop of Red Loctite on the threads and tighten only enough to allow the arm to pivot freely.
4. Install throttle cable on the eyelet and replace retaining ring. Adjust spring arm spring position to desired tension and throttle cable end position to achieve desired travel.
